Move to unravel one day (retreat) in the mountains of Engelberg;
will include a guided silent walk, to help reconnect our feet to the world below them.
Time for writing and reflecting on topics that are current for you.
Packed lunch with a splendid view.
Ending with my 2 hour move to unravel workshop in the studio Engelsaal located in St Joseph Haus in Engelberg, which will include movement prompt's, dance therapy, fascial fitness techniques, deep deep relaxation and meditation to finish.
This workshop is for all levels, no previous experience required, I will adjust according to your needs.
