Über die Veranstaltung
You'll arrive on Friday night at Hotel Ski Lodge, where you'll be staying. From 8-9pm we will have an introduction in the studio which will include some breath therapy, where you will be invited to set an intention for the weekend.
On Saturday morning we will start with a flowing vinyasa yoga class; either on the terrace outside or in the studio, then breakfast, followed by a hike and full nature immersion, to help you connect back to your own inner nature.
We will finish the day with a more restorative session before we have a delicious meal cooked for us by the amazing chefs from Ski Lodge.
On Sunday we will start our day with a 2 hour yoga workshop from 10.00-12.00 after that you are free to explore the mountains and or Engelberg-village/ book yourself in for a massage/ spend the day at the spa.
